There is a large piece of land across from our apartment complex which houses a 'restaurant'. which blasts unbearably loud music all hours of the day and night. Despite sensitizing the operator to this noise nuisance, she has further added to our discomfort by bringing in a live band!

We have called the Police on numerous occasions. They come, the music is turned down, they leave, the music is turned up - or the band plays - twice as loud!

While we understand an individual's right to earn a living, this lady clearly has no respect for our rights to a peaceful environment.

Would you have any other suggestions on how we may go about having this operation removed? Thanks for your attention.
